Consumers: • For consumer users, we're making it easier to find the precise service or product they're seeking with reviews from users they can trust. • We're also drastically simplifying the review process, which we believe will increase the rate at which users actually submit reviews. • A business or products reviews will be summarized in a clear concise statement, and based off the aggregate summary (think Sumly). Businesses:• We are stripping the subjectivity out of reviews. Our question response features and limited text fields will make the process of reviews more objective, thereby drastically reducing biased or fake reviews. • We will also have plans to deliver advanced analytics and reporting to businesses, while also providing them with an ability to make that data actionable via what we are calling operational insights. • We will be creating a private feedback loop between customers and businesses, and encourage users to provide any constructive feedback directly to the owner, thereby reducing the airing of ‘dirty laundry' and drastically reducing the risk for any legal liabilities to our users.
