Naledia cc is a member of SAIA (South African Institute of Architects) and SACAP (South African Council for Architectural Professionals). We are also registered as a professional member of the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions. Our track record at DPW allows us to work on various projects for government and other parastatal organizations, nationally and provincially and for private clients. Our team comprise of young, but appropriately experienced Architects, Project Managers and technicians who are enthusiastic and ready to present an exclusive architectural package to the astute client. The Practice believes in producing designs that are modern and contemporary. Our architecture is highly functional and aesthetic; offering comfort, quality and prestige while at the same time being reasonably priced. Our design philosophy rests on the principle that ‘Increase the value of a property and provide economic opportunity'. Capacity to meet deadline targets is our vehicle to achieve client satisfaction. Drawing aids include the complete usage of Automated Computer Aided Design (AutoCad) and ArchiCAD. We offer three-dimensional images, interior & exterior perspectives as well as video animated presentations, which enable clients to have a preview of the end product. Therefore Naledia is a platform for talented youth to display their skill and gifts. It is my strong belief as the founder and leader of Naledia that the gifted youth should be given professional and entrepreneurial space to develop themselves under the strict supervision of the seniors. We are therefore committed to the growth and exposure of the youth to the real world of business because they are the future leaders of our beautiful country.
