National School of public policy is a structural subdivision of the Academy of public administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (as an Institute) established by the order of the Head of State for training personnel for elite level civil servants of high moral standards and able to realize public policy efficiently in practice.\\The mission of the NSPP is to train highly qualified civil servants with strategic public mentality able to make Kazakhstan one of 50 most competitive countries of the world through educational process based on the best world practice.\\The School cooperates with the leading public policy schools in the world such as London School of Economics and Political Science, the Lee Kwan Yew School of Public Policy in Singapore (LKYSPP), the Netherlands Institute of Public Administration (ROI: International), Finnish Institute of Public Policy and Singapore's Civil Service College.
