By dialling up plant foods through the use of our plant powders we aim to provide Kiwis with their 'five a day' servings of fruit and vegetables. By creating global demand for plant-based foods Nutrient Rescue wants to give New Zealand farmers an alternative to animal agriculture, making New Zealand the organic plant farm to the world.36% of New Zealanders don't get three serves of veges a day, and 43% don't get two serves of fruit. Coupled with too much meat, dairy, wheat, sugar and alcohol, this micronutrient-poor diet has led to the modern epidemics of obesity, diabetes, heart disease, cancer and dementia.We want to change all that!
