Quick Fit Indiana is fast becoming Bloomington's favorite fitness gym and personal trainer. All of our workouts are 20 Minutes and take place in 1 or 2 sessions per week. We have found the formula for how little exercise is actually needed to make positive changes in your body shape as well as body function. All of our exercises take place on state of the art equipment. We pride our gym in removing all of the awkward movements and weird stares from across the room. We are a private studio. Your strength workouts take place one on one with your trainer. There is no one else in the room watching you. The equipment we use is cutting edge technology. Most exercise takes place using ARX (see website for details). There are no weights to drop, plates to slam, etc. Our machines adapt to you, the user. This makes the workouts safe, effective and more efficient than traditional programs. The way we do it also makes this a great place to workout for all ages, from 13 to 80 plus.
