Following ten years as partner at Sweeny Walter Architects, Peter Sweeny founded PSA in 1999, premised on the idea that each project is a unique opportunity and must be conceived, designed and developed accordingly. Peter is also co-founder of the Brooklyn based real estate development firm, PDS. This experience in property development, finance, and construction has been integral to PSA.
