Monticello Community Surgery Center is a 17,000 square foot, Physician-owned Ambulatory Surgery Center located in Charlottesville, Virginia. Originally founded in 2003, the center moved operations into a new, cutting edge AAAHC Accredited facility in March 2014.The new location was designed with complete patient comfort in mind and includes 4 state-of-the-art operating suites and 1 procedure room. The Center can be expanded to include an additional 11 operating suites and larger PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit).As a multi-specialty facility, Monticello Community Surgery Center provides outpatient surgical procedures through a team of 51 physicians specializing in Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, Urology, Plastic Surgery and Oculoplastics procedures. To further our mission, we've begun to provide transparent pricing for the procedures offered at our facility for eligible patients.We participate with numerous private insurers as well as Medicare and Medicaid, and will bill your procedure to these entities for those individuals who participate with them. For those patients who are self insured, uninsured or enrolled in a high deductible policy, transparent pricing is a mechanism to provide clarity to an otherwise overwhelming medical landscape. Transparent pricing means the price you see on our website is the price you pay for the procedure. For these patients, cash pay pricing provides a tremendous value and peace of mind.
