DFEST CONFERENCE AND FESTIVAL: Dfest Music Conference and Festival showcases 130+ artists of the best emerging independent artists in the country including Oklahoma, Regional and National artists over eleven stages in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma. During the day, conference registrants learn and network of a full day of music industry panels, clinics, tradeshows, mentoring and artist one-on-one opportunities about the latest in the music industry at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Dfest is also a tool for artists and business people to promote themselves. This can work on the level of unsigned artists looking for various kinds of deals -- record deals, publishing deals, agency deals, management deals -- up to more established artists who are promoting a new project. By selecting artists as widely as we can in terms of music genres, there's an audience for just about every type of music you can think of. The Eight Annual Dfest 2009.
