Innovative Learning Center, LLC (ILC) is a 21st-century full-service education, evaluation, research, and data management firm. established in 2003. The firm focuses on the learning and development of educators and students through evaluation services and innovative programs particularly related to all aspects of STEM education --to prepare students and educators for the 21st-century workforce. We provide our organizational clients, schools, colleges, universities, and non-profit organizations with program and logic model development services, strategic planning, technical grant writing, and proposal development support through our innovative online systems. Our STEM tutorial services focus on the whole child. We engage students in hands-on inquiry-based distance learning activities that improve conceptual understanding and curiosity. We integrate social and behavioral strategies with STEMeducation content expertise, innovation, and creative learning strategies. These strategies are combined into a system of academic learning and support that leads to student success in STEM. Our vision is to assist in making educational institutions and STEM programs inclusive of all students in our lifetime; creating cultures where historically marginalized children know and feel implicitly that they are valued, smart, can learn, belong, and fully realize their self-determined STEM potential.
