First, our team of engineers and auditors inspect your building and audit your water bill - analyzing consumption patterns and the accuracy of your mechanical systems. This process alone is known to save property owners tens of thousands of dollars. Second, Ashokan designs and installs a sub meter system and bills your tenants directly for their water use.
