With the rapid increase in competition we see day by day especially in areas related to high-tech, every prospering firm is highly interested in creating new opportunities and expanding its business as well as staying up to date and ahead of its rivals. Little consideration for such issues can lead even successful firms towards collapse while seizing the proper opportunities can lead to spectacular achievements. In the global arena the emergence of efficient and profitable businesses which are not old is a proof for this notion. Such businesses might originate from new teams (organizations) or old but smart and creative organizations and in either case demonstrate the importance of technological innovation and presentation of top knowledge based ideas. In Iran there are lots of young potentially creative and talented students but due to insufficient connection between universities and businesses these talents are not spotted and utilized properly. A combination of technical know-how, management capabilities, organizational infrastructure, power of marketing, brand enhancement, financial and credit support, and exchange of experiences can manage this risk. Venture capital in high-tech and promising businesses is a new field in Iran, while in the international business arena it is quite a popular one. Specifically, an attitude that embraces business improvement, profit-making, and making a difference is rare in the private sector. So far, everything that has been done in this direction are performed by science and technology institutions with no adding value in mind and as a result they are not applicable to wealth and value creation.
