Sabrina's Cafe was born out of Robert & Raquel DeAbreu's desire to create a comfortable, welcoming place that served comfortable, welcoming food but with a twist. In May 2001, the first Sabrina's Café opened and was appropriately named after the couples new baby, Sabrina Isabella. With the help of impassioned regulars, Sabrina's began to outgrow it's modest upbringings and a second location was added in 2007 named Sabrina's Cafe & Spencer's Too, after their son. \\The small chain is most recognized for for its down to earth vibe and creatively fun brunch specials.
