Company is under the proprietorship, assisted by an able and efficient managerial staff, mainly chosen, from retired personnel of Indian Armed forces, civil and Govt. Services.Apart from rendering above services in central Kerala.The company has entered into the business of manpower supply for technical and non technical activities in various leading establishments such as Reliance, VIOMs etc across Kerala.Also, associated with Reliance Communications in their OFC and tower O&M activities by providing skilled manpower since they launched network operations in 2002.As a part of establishing our business further in telecom sector, SLE has entered into an agreement with M/s INDUS Towers Limited since 2008 for the operation and maintenance activities of cell sites in Kerala and Tamil Nadu with a total tenancy of 9959 operators.Apart from this, SLE is responsible for the O & M /TOSC ofICL owned sites in central Kerala.Now SLE has switched over to IME model operations in the field which includes the repair/maintenance /servicing of Diesel Generators, ACs, Battery Banks and other infra equipments. A team of technical experts are dedicatedly engaged in maintaining cell sites and its associated equipments to achieve high standard of uptime as desired by our customers.Along with the activity mentioned above, SLE maintains and implements the systems of Idea, Vodafone, Airtel, Aircel, Tata, Reliance and even BSNL. We have our own fleet of vehicles and other transporting infrastructure for running the system.
