Within APSEC, there are over 30 years of research and practical experience of the management of nuisance insects, including mosquitoes, biting and non-biting midges, ticks and other biting insects.Our mission is the development and implementation of management solutions for pest problems associated with humans and livestock. No project is too big or too small and we will work with the client to suit their needs, expectations and budget to delivery a bespoke solution.The founder of APSEC is Dr Alison Blackwell, who is at the forefront of biting insect research and is frequently called upon as an international expert in this area. Additionally, we have other experts within the team that have been heavily involved in insect-pest research at various leading institutions across the UK.
