Supported by Hainan provincial party committee and provincial government, Hainan International Creative Harbor is the first creative design industrial park project in Hainan promoted by Haikou municipal party committee and municipal government. This project is operated by Shenzhen Sphinx Cultural Industry Investment CO., LTD, the largest industry chain operation service provider of domestic industrial design, and Hainan provincial and Haikou municipal governments will provide policy and funding support in the aspects of industry development, environmental reform and public platform construction, etc. The project is located in the CBD area of Haikou City with an area of 36, 000 square meters, building area 33,000 square meters.
