Founded in 1975, Global was one of the two major GSA start ups, a concept new to aviation. It provided a solution to airlines to minimize costs of setting up own operation.Initially, the GSA objective was to provide Sales & Marketing services. However in time, more and more services came into the ambit of the GSA's operational scope.Thus when IATA commenced the General Sales & Services Agency program, Global was the first Indian organization to be accredited as a GSSA agent by IATA.Today we are now amongst the top 3 Airline GSSA Organisation in India.
