It is founded in 1985 and is ably led by Mr.Manivannan , which has more than 500 finished projects to its portfolio. The projects range from residential complexes to commercial establishments. Some of its flagship projects are Jayam Engineering college , Senthil Educational groups , Subha hospitals and L&T toll booth . The company also won state level accolades from STAR media group along with Dalmia Cements for building BEST HOME project.
