The Small Enterprise Development Agency (Seda) is an agency of the Department of Small Business Development, that provides business development and non-financial support services for small enterprises and co-operatives, through its national network in partnership with other role players in the small enterprise support.Seda has presence in some townships and rural areas, and has programmes targeting youth and women reaching over 12 000 enterprises throughout the country.Seda also implements programmes targeted at business development in areas prioritised by the Government and DSBD.
