Al-Marhoon & Bros Co became an approved supplier of Ready Mix Concrete for Saudi Aramco in 1987. *Our Quality team conduct Quality Assurance/Quality Control tests on our laboratory to ensure that the best practices are implemented. ​*We Operate a Quality Management System (QMS) which complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. *Our Ready Mix Concrete production fulfills the standardization procedures specified by AS​​TM (American Society for Testing & Materials). *In order to provide durable and strong Ready Mix Concrete, we perform the guidelines that are set byACI (American Concrete Institute). *Saudi Aramco inspects our batching plant monthly and requires "Concrete Test Reports" that are specific to meet their needs and to ensure the best quality measures are practiced, which are basically the standards that are outlined by ASTM & ACI. *Our batching plants are fully computerized. The mixing processes are controlled by certified and experienced quality engineers.​ *Inspections and testing of raw materials such as fine (Sand) and coarse aggregate must meet the standard specifications for concrete aggregates. *Al-Marhoon Company as a producer of quality concrete has designed a range of concrete mixes to satisfy its customers, and to maintain the quality according to its own in house control system. *Our batching plants are equipped with Water chillers and Ice Systems to maintain good quality concrete production during Hot Weather Conditions and to avoid problems during pouring such as cracks in concrete
