ESTABLISHED IN 1993 It started 27 years ago, when founders George and Spiro went for lunch at the location on the majestic river and fell in love with it instantly: they bought it that very same day and have never looked back. Starting with classic dishes in the early 1990's, it has grown into a fully fledged, technical, fine dining modern Australian seafood venue, rivalling the best in the city. Simple yet undeniably refined; the classics are still singing in the incarnations of market fresh seafood delivered daily. The decor remains current, yet a reminder of a romantic period of late twentieth century art deco with classic stained glass windows at the entrance and paintings from the early years lavished over freshly updated details (with more on their way this year).
