The community is a Type A Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) that accommodates residents' changing needs throughout the aging process. Situated on 38 acres in the Education Hill area of Redmond, Wash., just 17 miles northeast of Seattle, Emerald Heights is an amenity-rich and resort-style senior living community, plus an assisted living facility and a Medicare-certified skilled nursing health center.
