Since 1979, Escanda Building Solutions is a Spanish company, which has been developing, promoting, managing and building its own real estate projects, but simultaneously, it has always collaborated working closely with its clients to develop, design, build and manage their projects and homes, all of them completely taylor made built following a careful study of their own needs. We are located in the city of Málaga, Marbella and in the Axarquía region (Periana), on the Costa del Sol, southern Spain. Our business was founded by the Jose Martin Alba family, and it is still a family business run by Nacho Martin and his sister Almudena Martin, whose family values are at the forefront of our business.
