We are a national body, providing education that enables excellence in health and social care for the people of Scotland. Our role has grown to support the breadth of health and social care. We work with partners in areas such as careers attraction, recruitment and retention, improving the employment experience, and organisational and leadership development. - We provide learning resources to anyone who provides health or social care support, no matter whether they work in the NHS, social care bodies, public, voluntary or private sector. - We provide essential workforce planning and development. - Our digital services support staff to do their jobs better and take on new roles. They support citizens to live healthier lives. - We have a national role in undergraduate, postgraduate and continuing professional development.
