Pedal is Knoxville's first innovation agency. We are designers and engineers who love to solve both everyday and unique business challenges with the power of design thinking. We specialize in the design of products, services and experiences, and also in the design of business itself. Some companies work with us to dream up, test, and implement next year's ground-breaking products and services. Other companies collaborate with us to develop an innovation strategy and then design and activate an innovation engine to manage a host of initiatives internally. In every challenge, we take a human-centered approach. First, we uncover and refine the unique value of a company. Then, we identify the customers that want that value and learn to speak in their language. Last, we design that value into products, services, and experiences that reach the heart of the customer to create meaningful economic relationships.
