The Company also provides project engineering services in the supply, delivery and installation ("SDI") of power cables to certain of its customers.Pacific Electric Wire & Cable Company, a Taiwanese company ("PEWC"), currently owns beneficially over 75% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares of the Company. Approximately 25% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares are publicly traded on the NASDAQ in the United States under the trading symbol "APWC".
