ICCA has joined forces with the New York City Bar Association (NYC Bar) and the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR) to launch a Working Group on Cybersecurity in Arbitration. The Working Group has prepared a draft set of guidelines, which provide practical guidance for counsel, arbitrators, and institutions in determining the cybersecurity measures to be adopted in an arbitration. A consultation paper was launched at the ICCA Congress in Sydney in April 2018. Consultation responses are sought from the international arbitration community.
