San Francisco Health Care (previously known as Grove Street Extended Care And Living Center) is a Skilled Nursing Facility with 168 Medicare and Medicaid certified beds located east of Golden Gate Park in San Francisco. Our diverse and multilingual (i.e. Cantonese, Mandarin, Tagalog, Spanish etc.) team of staff is here to care for those who require comprehensive nursing care and rehabilitation services. We strive to create a calm and welcoming environment to promote the sense and the state of wellbeing, and together to achieve the goal of recovering the maximum independence of each patient. Services provided by San Francisco Health Care include services of nurses, nursing aides and assistants; physical, occupational and speech therapists; social workers and recreational assistants; and room and board
