An in-house tool and die shop facility along with a development capability has been built by Fairfield, with a focus on customer service and market needs. For eg; Spring Washers, E-Clips, Multi Star Washers, Circlips, and Special Washers and Fasteners made to customer needs. Formed components made of steel strips are a new area being catered to by the company. It is processed on a newly imported Bihler machine, by trained design and manufacturing engineers, catering to specific customer needs.
