Integrated Care Limburg is a multidisciplinary intervention centre, specialised in the relationship between work, health and health complaints. Our aim is to prevent and cure work-related complaints of the musculoskeletal and mental system. The core of the ICL concept is making people start to move again, to be active again, physically, mentally and work-related. To achieve this goal, ICL makes use of a combination of a physical conditioning program, mental coaching conversations and work-related training and advise. The strength of its program lays in the intensive, active and personal approach of the client, the systematic and justified approach and the systematic communication to the client, the employer and other parties involved.
