The Ekvalita team has more than 15 years of experience working with gender equality, and 10 years of experience working with norm consciousness and diversity. We support you and your organisation to find new ideas, rethink your current habits and create operations which will promote gender equality and diversity within your organisation. We tailor workshops, develop products, and give supervision on themes connected to gender equality and diversity. Here are some of our projects and products:-On behalf of The Nordic Council of ministers and the Ministry of Justice in Finland, we are creating a manual for the Nordic courts on how to deal with sexual harassment, as well as mapping the current situation.-"Vem é man?" is an on-going project during 2018-2019.
