Georgia-Cumberland Academy (GCA) is a coeducational day and boarding school established in 1964. At GCA, we do more than prepare our students for college. We prepare them for life by emphasizing the pursuit of individual excellence, spiritual growth, and service in a diverse learning environment. Our students are the center of all that we do. Together, we challenge them to learn with passion, act with integrity, and serve with respect.Each year, GCA enrolls approximately 240 students. Our school community represents an average of 12 states and 10 countries worldwide. Stretching for more than 500 acres, GCA's campus is nestled next to the Chattahoochee National Forest in Calhoun, Ga., about one hour from Atlanta or Chattanooga, Tenn.
