Our mission is to provide activities and resources that help the at-risk youth and parents of the Hillyard community create their own path to success. We strive to create a safe environment where youth can connect with positive mentors, learn to express themselves in healthy ways, and form supportive and uplifting relationships with their peers in a safe environment. We work with youth and community members to select activities that will provide life skills, a safe refuge, and mentorship for those who often fall through the cracks. By focusing on activities that they chose, these youth can also be trained in leadership and instruct future classes in the same subject themselves. Just One provides a variety of age-appropriate drop-in activities, including but not limited to such things as:Arts projects Crafts CosmetologyFashion Photography DanceMusic Games And other activities
