Alexanders Prestige was founded in 2005 by childhood friends Alexander Brimelow and Andrew North. After building up vast knowledge working in the automotive world, they felt the experience of buying and selling a car should be better. Not only for the customers, but for the people who work in the industry. Whether you're at Alexanders to buy a supercar or have a browse, we want your experience to be personal and leave you wanting to come back. We're a close-knit and multiple-award-winning team, and will do everything we can to make the process of buying – or selling – as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible.We've called Boroughbridge, North Yorkshire, our home from the beginning. Now, we have one of the largest indoor heated showrooms in the country, stocking, selling and buying the finest prestige, 4x4 and sports cars. We take pride in being able to guide each of every one of our customers, through every part of vehicle ownership – buying, financing, servicing and selling – all from under one roof. While this pretty village close to the A1 is our base, our customers hail from across the UK and beyond.As our business and reputation have grown, it's given us great pride to be recognised with multiple awards and commendations over the years. It started in 2007, when we won Ackrill Media's Medium Size Company of the Year Award, and since then we've won the 2008 Young Entrepreneur (won by Alexander), 2011 Best Small Company of the Year, and Motor Codes' 2015 Garage of the Year Regional Winner. It 2016 Alex was recognised in Insider Media's 42 Under 42 list, we once again took Motor Codes' Garage of the Year in our region, and took CarDealer magazine's Specialist Used Car Dealership of the Year. 2018 saw Alexanders receive Empolyer of the year and Aftersales excellence at the Auto Industry awards. This success and recognition has come through people, though – all the staff and customers who have made Alexanders what it is today – and to everyone, we say thank you.
