We believe self-care is a priority, not a privilege, and through this community, classes in yoga, meditation, creative expression, and personal growth are available to all, regardless of income or social status.All classes are virtual, so you can practice safe social distancing from the comfort of your home. If you have the means, please consider a donation so we can continue to provide programming for all. If you don't have the means, please contact us and we will make sure you are able to participate.
