The Laspa Center for Leadership is closing the gender leadership gap by providing programming, partnerships, and engagement designed to empower emerging women leaders and to expand women's global influence, power, and impact. The central pillars of our work are leadership, service, integrity and creativity- each providing a different channel with which to access leadership and promote effective growth within individuals. We operate under the mission that leadership is an action that anyone can take, not a position that few people hold. With this in mind, we provide opportunities of leadership in many forms, and want to give anyone no matter their background or aptitudes the change to be a leader.
