Our Agency Montgomery Community Action Committee & CDC is one of the nation's many CAPs. Since 1965 MCAC has served the low-income residents of Montgomery County, Alabama. Our agency is non-profit organization that provides social services and programs that assist, educate and promote self-sufficiency. Our agency is also partnered with housing programs that provide affordable housing for residents.
