At Alternative Care we like to have fun but we're also pretty serious about role in the community, how we treat our employees and answering the question 'why we do what we do'. The ACL team work according to a set of established values which guide the way we deliver our services. Staff will remain calm and considered in all situations and demonstrate empathy and be able to put themselves into the position of others. We expect staff to be responsive to the ever changing choices and needs of all those we support and be accountable for communicating and delivering these changes to support needs. We ask that all staff aim to be flexible to meet the needs fo the service. Everyone at Alternative Care understands the importance of respect and acknowledges, accepts and values diversity among themselves and should acknowledge the efforts of others too.
