We can undertake cost effective consultancy work that strengthens an organisation's capacity to involve children and young people in the development, delivery and evaluation of projects and services. This can include single events, short or longer-term projects and whole system reviews. We will work with your organisation to understand your priorities and development needs and our objectives are to: Bring new perspectives and influence outcomes in new and unexpected ways Make your services more responsive, understanding and considerate of young people's needs Improve the development and delivery of effective policies and services through the incorporation of young people's views Provide a cost effective way to implement change within your organisation by becoming more relevant to those accessing services. Our specialism is working directly with children and young people – we have our very own 'Silver Lines', talented young people who we have trained to help us deliver our goals. From inception through to delivery, we can initiate, plan and facilitate creative projects that promote children and young people's participation, including:  Designing and delivery of training/workshops for children, young people and adults Managing and coordinating volunteers  Setting up youth-led schemes including peer mentoring and young inspectors  Involving children and young people in recruitment and selection  Group facilitation and establishment of youth management boards and forums  Strategy and policy development  Organising events and conferences for children and young people  Research and report writing
