The GB branch in the busy centre of Woking was our first location in '02 and the original Estate Agency there dates back to 1948. Then there is our ‘flagship' branch at Cobham which opened (‘cold' as we say in our industry) in 2003 and now lays just claim to be a local market-place leader with a team of 10 handling residential sales and lettings activities. The branch in Hinchley Wood completes our ‘Elmbridge three' with coverage across KT10, KT11, KT12 and beyond.Grosvenor Billinghurst works in parallel with Central London based Beauchamp Estates, with branches in Mayfair, Marylebone and internationally in Florence, Cannes, Mykonos, Israel & New York. Beauchamp Estates was established in 1982 and is similarly a privately-owned boutique positioned Estate Agency.Contrary to the popular perception we believe that Estate Agency in the 21st century is more about the people than the properties. We're not a retail business, we offer a service that concerns properties for sure, but wherever we are we're driven by working for people, providing a tailored service, connecting closely with our clientele and responding to their needs.
