The SRAG has driven the establishment of the Social Recruitment Covenant, which will officially launch in Autumn 2024. Our purpose as an organisation is to help people transform their lives, get jobs and keep jobs and develop their careers. We champion the recruitment of people from disadvantaged backgrounds, supporting and enabling them to bring out the best of their ability.
