New Era Lawyers is a progressive law firm which practices in the areas of corporate advisory, business and commercial, financial services and intellectual property law. For a small firm we punch above our weight. We act for large public companies, fund managers, credit providers, property developers and statutory bodies. Some of our clients include one of Australia's largest sugar exporters, an international equities fund manager, two non-bank lenders and a University. In August 2017, we prepared a prospectus for a public company seeking to raise $50 million. We are also passionate about working with start-up companies, particularly in the areas of technology, fin-tech, food and agribusiness.
