Q-Build was founded primarily with the mission of providing objective tenant representation, construction administration and managing the resources of large projects and making sure that a project is completed within a certain set of restraints. With offices in Nicosia, Limassol and Paphos, Q-Build now supports the growing need for our services throughout Cyprus as well as at many neighboring countries. The Diversified team is comprised of full-time Project Executives and Managers who firmly interact to solve problems, contractual - legal - financial or technical oriented. Our staff, with registration at the Cyprus Scientific & Technical Chamber (ETEK) comes from a variety of backgrounds and has extensive experience in Construction Management, General Contracting, Engineering, Architecture & design, and have managed projects locally and abroad at some of the largest and most respected project management firms & Construction Companies in North America, Europe and the Middle East. Our team of professionals have worked with hundreds of clients totaling millions of square meter of space in virtually every type of the construction field. We have thus far provided our professional services for projects totaling over 50 million Euros of construction value
