Our unique approach sets us apart from the competition: using the Service by Design approach we are not tied only to warehouses filled with limited product inventory picked by internal Product Marketing teams. This enables us to truly offer exactly what's best for our customers; instead of matching a customer's need to the closest product someone decided to stock. Even the largest distributors carry a fraction of the millions of SKUs classified as General Industrial/MROp (Maintenance, Repair, Operating, and Production) supplies. Our direct relationships with 5,000 manufacturers and master distributors (i.e. distributors who only sell to other distributors) allow for extensive global reach and quick access to fulfill almost any need at a competitive price. Our only allegiance is to the customer.
