(S&P), is a construction company as firmly rooted in traditional values as we are relentless in our pursuit of cutting-edge tools and technology. Our experience is wide ranging, with emphasis on public-sector projects, including schools and universities, as well as municipal, federal and medical facilities of all sizes. S&P built the first building in Houston to receive Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold Core and Shell certification. It’s our own corporate headquarters, a multiple-award-winning study in efficiency and contemporary design in a Class A space.
