Metro controls approximately 1,300 square kilometers of exploration tenements - the largest tenement holding in the region outside the Rio Tinto's Alcan mining leases. The Bauxite Hills PFS confirms a +13 year mine life based on existing DSO resources of 53.6 Mt with potential to extend mine life utilising an 11.7 Mt Indicated Resource at a nearby deposit, and from further exploration.Metro has secured a non-binding memorandum of understanding to sell bauxite to Xinfa Group, one of the largest integrated aluminium companies in China.
