Changzhou Bollard Purchase Service Co.,Ltd is a subsidiary company of Changzhou Huacheng Futao Photoelectric Science&Technology Co.,Ltd.Bollard is located in Changzhou World Trade Center.With the help of Jiangsu Chamber of commerce,Bollard is mainly in charge of the exportation of Huacheng's products,finding and developing new products,and providing purchase services to our foreign customers.For years, Huacheng dedicated to the cooperation with China Science & Technology University, established the laboratory for the plastic optical fiber devices and national application engineering for the research and development of the fiber series sensors and HDMI cables. Meanwhile, we import the professional equipments and technology from Japan and Germany for the production of PV Ribbon, PV Junction Box and PV cables.
