Through My Eyes Foundation seeks to work with communities around the world along with fellow nonprofits and social workers. Putting a camera in the hands of the youth, we then mentor them to make a documentary short film about their life and community. They do all the work, from story crafting, filming, and editing. We'll be behind them helping them, mentoring them. With the final product coming from their efforts. At the end of each year, hold a charity ball gala in DC. After that, a film fest circuit through key cities. Taking the proceeds and putting them back into the communities and the youth that worked on the project.Enabling the youth to make a change.
