K & S Associates was founded in 1983 and predominantly specialize in advising managements with regards to Labour/Employment and Labour Welfare Legislation in India. We handle both contentious and non-contentious Labour/Employment matters at Tribunals, lower and the High Courts. The practice further has a team of auditors who are experts in Sales Tax, Service Tax, Income Tax, Professional Tax, Central Service Tax, Karnataka Sales Tax, VAT & CAT registration. We assist clients to set up in house Human Resources (HR) Department.
