A part of the Garg Group of Ghaziabad, we are an innovative sauce and specialty condiments manufacturer. We endeavour to create value across the farm to fork cycle. Doubling as conservationists, we work hard to build a balance between environment and industry. Uttarakhand, a land of diverse climates, has the unique advantage of growing seasonal and non-seasonal vegetables, fruits, and spices. Despite having such advantage, the State, along with the entire country witnesses wastage in farm produce. Interestingly, processing fresh farm produce can act as a massive solution to the deadlock. Not only does it hasten the farm to table run but also increases product shelf life. Kindled by this idea, we decided to help ease the wastage issue by using more and more fresh farm produce, while processing them to enhance longevity. We not only offer highly palatable condiments through our own brands across India, but also act as 3rd party service providers to reputed brands such as Morton (a Birla Product), Vivan Foods, and Sangam Tea Estate, among others. We are an ISO 22000:2005 certified plant with a capacity of producing 2 tonnes of sauce per day. We boast of our pulping facility for raw materials, which have the capacity to pulp 4 tonnes of raw materials per day. Being a sauce manufacturer, we also have a cold-storage facility that helps us store our in-house pulp. In addition, depending on the moisture content of the product, we are also capable of raw material dehydration at 1 ton per day. For a smoother process, we have also introduced the following at our facility:1. A six-track sachet machine with a capacity to pack 8 to 15 gm sachets2. A single-track packing machine, for custom size sachets3. An automatic pneumatic filler, ensuring minimal air exposure, for spout pouch filling, with a capacity of 90 gms to 1 kgWhat we make:We make premium quality sauces and condiments.
