ECKODEV was founded with a vision to mitigate impeding development challenges for the most resource-constrained communities in South-East Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa. Research and evaluation are fundamental to produce substantial evidence towards comprehending the current or imminent development bottlenecks. It is indeed critical to deploy comprehensive research design and firm ethical standards to discern reliable and valid data for decision-making. The lack of evidence thereof, promotes the advancement of efficacious programs that may be successful pilots, although bereft of efficient and sustainable design to be scaled and integrated within a regional, national or global system. We understand and respect the social, economic and cultural factors that may influence the action (or lack of), behavioral patterns, choices, decisions and perceptions of individuals and communities; and have learned to work with and overcome system led challenges, to develop effective strategies for efficient program design, implementation, evaluation and policy formulation. We deploy new age technologies, innovative methods and digital tools for data collection, visualization, design of advocacy materials and capacity building. We foster the use of rigorous research and extensive evaluation for credible evidence generation and outcomes measurement of processes, programs and policies to facilitate equitable and sustainable economic and social impact.Our team is trained at institutes of global repute and worked with renowned organizations, yielding a collaborative network of distinguished professionals across the globe. We have had the opportunity to work with prominent donor agencies, leading government and non-government organizations, some of the fortune 500 companies, exceptional research and academic institutes, as well as established policy organizations. Our collective team experience and expertise is derived from working in close collaboration with a diverse group of experts as well as grass root workers and individuals across most resource-constrained communities in South-East Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa.
